Wow i feel so horrible that i havent been back to update .. Where to start ...
Elizabeth Claire was born on January 27th 2009, @ 11:52am .. after Just under 15 min of pushing and 8 hours of active labor .. there were 7 hours of slow labor before that .. It was SUCH a better experience this time! The nurses were amazing!! and my epidural actually worked!! she was 7lbs 8oz and 20.5in. long
On February 10th (2 weeks old) she was admitted to Whittier Presbyterian Pediatrics Center because she had RSV .. Her oxygen levels dropped to the 70's .. She had so much mucus built up in her system from a cold that she couldnt breath .. she was hooked up to oxygen .. She was finally discharged on February 20th .. It was a VERY scarey time! SO happy she is home and healthy now ..
Now .. She just turned 4 months .. she is 24.5in and she weights 19lbs 13oz. shes HUGE!! hehe i LOVE it .. she has rolls all over!! its sOOOOO stinkin cute!! .. Shes starting to try some foods and enjoying them .. She sleeps through the night .. and has been for a while .. soooo blessed hehe .. Shes just such a happy baby .. i love it .. just like her sister .. She rolls over from tummy to back and is already grabbing toys .. she talks all the time and tries soooo hard to copy us .. its the cutest thing .. shes just such a joy to have in our family .. i know she came earlier then expected .. we hadnt even planned on TTC until April of this year but she was born January haha .. but i wouldnt change a single thing!!
Hope is doing GREAT .. she turned 2 on Feb 4th .. i Cant even believe it .. She talks non stop! Ses in the the top 2% of kids her age with Words her doc said .. she knows over 400 words .. most kids her age know 50-100 .. Im very proud of her .. and i fully believe its because her dad and i give her alot of attention since she was born .. we just sit and talk with her like normal .. Shes really really smart and is starting to ask alot of questions .. its so amazing to see her learning thing and to see the curiousity in her eyes about the world! .. It all amazes her .. She is normally really good but has hit her Terrible 2's .. and they are pretty terrible hahah .. but 90% of the time shes fine .. But when shes not .. watch out lol ..
